When submitting your request, please include the name of the exhibition, the hall and stand number, the required furniture and the quantities. When ordering for several stands, these details can be supplied separately for each project.

Do you already have a floor plan, furniture plan or stand visualisation? Include it with your request. This allows us to check whether the selected furniture will fit within the available space and take visitor routes, presentations, technical equipment, storage and hospitality into account.

Throughout the preparation, we maintain direct communication with the stand builder or project manager involved. The furniture is delivered to Koelnmesse according to the agreed schedule and collected again after the exhibition. This means you do not need to arrange the transport, temporary storage or return logistics yourself.

Hiring furniture also allows the same items to be used for multiple projects. After each exhibition, our furniture is cleaned and inspected.
