Move to the new warehouse office at Rietschotten 7 Oud Gastel
At Adexpo, we are proud to announce that we have moved to a new location: Rietschotten 7 in Oud Gastel. This move marks an important moment in our history and allows us to offer our high-end designer furniture and services at an even higher level. Our new premises comprise about 12,723 sqm of commercial space, about 872 sqm of office space, and about 1,518 sqm of mezzanine, plus 92 on-site parking spaces. It’s just not as any building; this premises leads the way in modern technology and sustainability. The building meets the highest standards of environmental friendliness and energy efficiency, which is confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which we comply with. BREEAM, the globally recognised method for assessing the sustainability of buildings, assessed our building on various criteria such as energy use, water management, indoor climate, materials and waste management. This certificate is a confirmation of our commitment to sustainability and our aim to make a positive impact on the environment.
The building has been designed with the future in mind. Investments have been made in energy-efficient systems such as LED lighting and advanced materials that contribute to a significant reduction in our CO2 emissions. In addition, the building is equipped with smart technologies that help us monitor and optimise energy consumption.
The move to Rietschotten 7 also gives us the opportunity to improve our operational efficiency. The new location has more storage capacity and modern logistics facilities, making us even better able to meet your needs. With more space and advanced technologies, we can now manage and distribute our collection of designer furniture even faster and more efficiently.
