How far in advance should I request my furniture?
We recommend requesting your furniture as soon as your stand design and schedule are confirmed. This gives you a wider choice from our collection. For last-minute requests, our team will check which products and delivery options are still available.

Are the selected items always available?
Availability depends on the exhibition date, location, quantities and existing reservations. Therefore, submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Our team will confirm the available items in your quotation or order confirmation.

Can I change my request at a later stage?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will check what can still be arranged. The available options depend on the status of your order, product availability and the schedule of the exhibition or event.

What should I do if I have forgotten to order certain furniture?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the required furniture is still available and whether it can be added to your order. The available options depend on availability and the planning of the exhibition or event.

Does Adexpo deliver directly to the exhibition venue?
Yes. Adexpo delivers furniture to exhibition and event venues in the Netherlands and throughout Europe. We deliver the furniture directly to your stand. You can also view our pages covering exhibition venues in the Netherlands and other exhibition venues across Europe.

When will the furniture be delivered?
Many exhibitions and venues work with fixed delivery time slots. Adexpo incorporates these time slots into the delivery schedule and confirms the arrangements in your order confirmation. For many exhibitions, you can also find the planned delivery date in our exhibition calendar.

What if my exhibition is not listed in the exhibition calendar?
Not every exhibition or venue appears on our website. Please contact us if your event is not listed in the exhibition calendar. Our team will then check whether delivery is possible.
