Meet Oscar Fanlo – Adexpo’s New Managing Director in Spain

We’re delighted to welcome Oscar Fanlo as the new Managing Director of ADEXPO Spain & Portugal.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the trade fair, congress, and events industry, Oscar brings a deep understanding of the sector and a proven ability to lead complex operations at both national and international levels. His broad background—spanning Service Providers, General Contractors, Venues, Event Agencies and organizers—gives him a unique, 360° perspective of the industry.

Oscar has overseen event furniture and facility services for some of Europe’s most high-profile events and played a key role in the launch of one of the largest convention centers in Europe, where he designed operational protocols and helped ensure a smooth and successful opening.

His appointment represents a strategic milestone in Adexpo’s growth in Spain. As a former Board Director of the MPI Spain Chapter, Oscar combines operational excellence with global insight. His expertise includes project management, logistics planning, on-site execution, and managing international client accounts.
