The organiser of the event which is also the location is the Koelnmesse in Cologne Germany. They organise the fair every year with more than 1750 exhibitors and 37,000 visitors on 120,000 m² of exhibition space. The target group of the visitors includes buyers from the retail and wholesale trade referring to confectionary, food and beverage wholesalers, petrol station chains, hypermarkets, food service providers, confectionary retail, cash & carry, confectionary and bakery producers and food scientists.
